Final Examination - How to prepare for final exam








       Final examination is around the corner. Many parents and student are getting stress and tension during this time. Thus, they choose a wrong way to deal with it. However, there are many way to overcome this problem. Here are some tips that you can use on how to prepare for final exam.

      As a student, the important thing to do is be calm and be prepared before you enter the exam hall. First, you need to organize, you have to make sure all the things that you need for exam like stationary, ID card, your watch and all your short note. Last minute preparation can create panic and stress in the morning at the day of final exam. Besides that, you also should get enough sleep.


      Next, is your diet. Never go in on empty stomach. You must eat the food that are energy producing such as cheese, egg, or pancake to give you strength during the exam. Avoid eating too much or taking heavy food such as rice or potatoes before you go to exam, it can make you sleepy and lost concentration during your exam.


      Next, is relax. Before the exam start you should relax and calm down. Don’t stress your brain with all the memorizing and picturing. If you not prepared well, just accept the fact because what you give is what you get. Just think positive and give your best shot.


      In a nutshell, Final exam is not the time to stress out but it is the time for you to do your best and see your capability. If you work hard you get best result, but if you don’t work hard you get what you deserve. It doesn’t matter if you fail because failure is part of success.
